Youth Department

Elder Duane Solomon, Youth Pastor

VISION STATEMENT
The Youth Ministry is established to provide young people with moral character, self-esteem, cultural enlightenment and above all knowledge of Christ Jesus. Our endeavor is to assist our youth to resist the influence of a godless society and teach our young people how to become “lights” and leaders in the environment in which they live. As well as to cultivate the gifts that God has given our youth and to equip them to be Disciples of Christ.

MISSION STATEMENT
Collectively the youth and adults will come on one accord in praying, fasting, learning and teaching the uncompromising word of God. Allowing Gods will to be the path and having fun along the way. We nurture spiritual growth through Bible teaching to strengthen their knowledge of God and His Word. We supplement and reinforce their primary education and skills through tutorial and other specialized programs. Through the Youth Ministry, we also address vocational training and techniques. We strive to set a solid foundation for Godly living in each child, youth and young adult’s life that will stand a lifetime. Also, being an example of righteous living to the lost, misguided and misunderstood. With emphasizes on holiness, prayer, praise, purpose and power, faith being the key in exalting God.

MOTTO
